Over $150 and under 4 Kg, free express post through Australia Post.

Over $150 and over 4 Kg, free parcel post through Australia Post.

Orders under $150:

We offer flat rate shipping across the country, regardless of weight:

$10.25 Parcel Post - through Australia post estimated 2-6 business days.

$13.95 Express Post - through Australia post estimated 1-2 business days.

Please note , although we will try our best to ship your parcel ASAP but we do not offer same day shipping at the moment.

Orders received during weekdays will be shipped a day after.

 Orders received during the weekend and include Friday, will be posted on Monday.

Overseas Orders:

Plesae be advised,  Liquid DIY no longer provides international shipping services anymore.

  Returns & Refunds :

Please contact our customer service via email for more information on returning an item. We do not accept returns on flavourings and other liquids due to hygiene and health concerns. Please contact us and we will see how we can help.

For other non-liquid products, we offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Information about the Australian Consumer Law and these Consumer Guarantees is available from the website of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the fault of Liquid DIY.

 We do accept all the major credit and debit cards also, you can pay your invoice in 4 instalments through Afterpay or 6 instalments through Laybuy.
