Aus Post delay

Please be advised, Australia Post is currently experiencing long delivery delays nationwide due to the COVID- 19 . Please note, some shipments including express parcels, may experience additional delivery delays of two to five business days or more.

 Shipping policy and rates:

Australian Orders:

Orders over $100:

Over $100 and under 5 Kg, free express post through Australia Post.

Over $100 and over 5 Kg, free parcel post through Australia Post.

Orders under $100:

We offer flat rate shipping across the country, regardless of weight:

$9 Parcel Post - through Australia post estimated 2-6 business days.

$12 Express Post - through Australia post estimated 1-2 business days.

Shipping schedules:

 Please be advised, orders received during weekdays will be shipped a day after, on the next morning 8 AM(Sydney).

 Orders received during the weekend and include Friday, will be posted on Monday Morning.

Please note , although we will try our best to ship your parcel ASAP but we do not offer same day shipping at the moment.

Overseas Orders:

Deliveries may take longer than usual, and some countries aren’t accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions. For the latest info on delivery times and disruptions, please see our international updates. Please do not submit your order before checking the above link, as we might not be able to send your order to your country.


Custom regulations, Import permit requirements, Duty tax, Custom fees, Warehouse Fees and Quarantine charges can be different for every country.
You may or may not owe Custom fees, Duty tax and Quarantine charges.
However if customs requests payment for Custom fees, Duty tax, Warehouse Fees and/or Quarantine charges, you will be required to complete payment to clear the shipment.

 You might be required to get Ministry of Health approval when importing Flavours.

We recommend checking with your local post office or customs office about the procedures in your country.

Liquid DIY will not be held financially responsible for your order, if it is returned, destroyed, or confiscated by customs. You are agreeing to pay any fees owed during the customs clearance process. We do not accept returns and will not issue refunds.

By clicking check out you are agreeing that you have been advised of the shipping conditions, and if the shipment/package can not clear customs, you are agreeing to pay all return fee(s) that the courier charge us.

If you are unable to clear customs, we will have to abandon your shipment.
We do not offer any kind of refund for abandoned shipments.

In the case where abandonment isn't available, we will have to have your shipment returned to us. We will then contact you with the owed return fees

  Returns & Refunds :

Please contact our customer service via email for more information on returning an item. We do not accept returns on flavourings and other liquids due to hygiene and health concerns. Please contact us and we will see how we can help.

For other non-liquid products, we offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Information about the Australian Consumer Law and these Consumer Guarantees is available from the website of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the fault of Liquid DIY.

Payment options:

 We do accept all the major credit and debit cards also, you can pay your invoice in 4 instalments through Afterpay or 6 instalments through Laybuy.
