Easy Flavored Ice Cream

1 quart of half & half (or cream for a richer ice cream)
1 tablespoon LorAnn Flavor Fountain (any flavor)
¾ cup sugar

1. Whisk together all ingredients. Pour into the bowl of an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions.

Makes approximately 1 quart of ice cream.

Watermelon Mojito Sorbet:

1/2 watermelon, cut into chunks
Juice of 4 limes
¼ - ½ cup whole mint leaves, to desired mint flavor
3/4 white sugar

1/2 cup water
1/8 tsp LorAnn Watermelon Super Strength

1. Add watermelon chunks, lime juice and mint leaves to a blender. Blend until smooth, then pour over a sieve to remove the pulp. Repeat sieving one more time, then set aside the juice for later, while discarding all of the pulp.

2. Add the sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour this simple syrup into the watermelon juice mixture, along with the watermelon flavoring. Stir to combine, then place into the refrigerator to cool for 4 to 6 hours.

3. Pour the juice into a prepared ice cream maker, then churn according to manufacturer’s instructions. Pour the churned sorbet into a baking pan, cover with plastic, and then place into the freezer overnight.

Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake Ice Cream:

2 cups vanilla protein drink*
2-3 teaspoons LorAnn Orange Cream Flavor Fountain
2 tablespoons cheesecake pudding mix
2 graham crackers, crushed
1 tablespoons butter, melted

1. In the Ninja Creami Container, whisk together the protein drink, orange cream flavor, and the dry pudding mix.

2. Freeze with the lid on overnight or for 12 hours.

3. When you are ready to spin the ice cream, remove from the freezer and place inside of the Ninja Creami container with the lid.

4. Spin on the light ice cream setting. Re-spin as many times as needed until the ice cream is thick and creamy.

5. While the ice cream is spinning, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.

6. Once the ice cream is thick and creamy, use a spoon to create a hole in the center of the ice cream and fill the hole with the graham cracker cracker mixture.

7. Use the ‘mix in’ setting on the Ninja Creami to add the graham cracker mixture to the ice cream.

8. Enjoy!

*Can substitute milk with ⅓ cup powdered sugar and ½ tsp of vanilla for the protein drink, if desired.
